I think we should do the following:
1) All Nation'l pool players
have to perform in National, Coporate
leagues
certain scores needed to be selected
and stay in the Nation'l team
2) As we can't shuffle around a lot, those
who will fail should be given chance in
a plate league(concept like U19)
3) Even they fail there, they should
be immediately send to Aussie/Nz/Eng
leagues or development schools.
4) Paychecks should be determined by
performance.
5) There can not be any benefits unless
they perform..you can't just take money
doing nothing for country
6)if necessary BCCB "has" to pay to send
them to Batting related development
programs...
7) Can invite quality pacers like Shohaib
(i know its not possible) or even pacers
who are willing to travel to BD for vacation
or trip..for that reason diff package offers
should be made(like discount travels
) etc. to make them come and play
with the failed batsmen.
e.g.: Aussies players will like Cox's
Bazar or English players . BD travel
agencies should give them discount
tour offerings which can attract them
then friendly matches can be
arranged. Other "Entertainment"
arrangement should have been made.

I guess I will contineu if i comeup
with something...ur help and
comments are appreciated.

1. Each batsman get paid on (("Personal scoro" + "Runs score when he is batting" + "total team score") * Base rate for 1 run)
2. Bouncy Bouncy Bouncy pitch.
3. Hire some practice bowlers from the league who will bowl from 60-63 feet instead of 66 feet. This will prepare our so called batsmen better to play the faster/more intimidating bowlers.

What do you think?

SS, only #1,4 & 6 seem practical and reasonable. But I appreciate your effort to be concerned about our constant batting failure. Good post.

Shot selection is one of the major problems facing our batsmen. They need psychological help not to get excited when they start batting. Somebody should consistently teach them on and off the field how to control the shot selection and should put intense pressure on every single player who consistently making the same mistake to correct their problem. I think if they can overcome this difficulty; we will definitely have a dependable batting lineup.:-/
