Rampage in Saudi City

There is a serious event going in the city of Khobar, Saudi Arabia (Saudi Aramco is located there). Simutaneous attacks on several residential compounds and office complex.

Right around where I live and work. I am in the office, my family in one of the compound near those attacked.

Few foreigners are killed and dragged on the street.

Thanks guys. We are OK. But holed up in our compound. Hopefully things will get better in time.

Khobar is relatively moderate city in KSA, due to its large number of expatriate population. We rarely experienced any trouble from religious clerics (mutawa), who are very common in other cities. But todays event surely shaken us.
