4. 1st ever time bd crossed 400 (in 1st test v ind, score was exact 400, bd did NOT cross it)

5. 3rd ever time bd took a 1st innings lead

6. 1st ever declaration for bd team

7. bd tailend maturing

2nd test -

1. 1st ever time bd crossed 270 3 consecutive times in tests

2. bashar getting 2000 test runs

3. tareq aziz showing good all-round promise. he has made 20 runs in 2 tests as a no. 11 without being dismissed

do look at the positives before anything else :)

Tarek Aziz was not out for all 4 innings. The 11th batsman, not out in the whole series, facing a total of 108 deliveries for 149 minutes. Although he only scored 22 runs, he supported the significant contributors at the other end in all 4 innings. These are the signs of a very reliable tailender.

all these are great. but u know what, i'm tired of picking up the positives out of rambles instead of pure result.

positive: a well-earned dominated draw.

negative: 3 odi loose and one test loose with innings defeat.
