This is a serious spam, duping its readers into sending credit card info. It makes readers think the email is from paypal and the reader is taken to paypal site for account verification. In reality they are taken to a cloacked fake site, which looks like paypal site. Normal net users can be easily tricked.

Don't send any info to this site. I already notfied Paypal of this fraud.

i'd the same type of spam with of ebay few months ago. it said something like i need to varify my password and creditcard info. i just ignored it. but come out to be quite harmful for some many people.
