Got promoted!! Bangladesh to Zimbabwe.

I think BCB is not happy with him right now and they send him with U19 instead of natioanl team to Asia cup.

Fitness trainer Dean Woodford yesterday parted company with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

The Australian, who was with the touring Bangladesh Under-19 side in England, returned to Dhaka last week to settle the financial matters with the BCB and left for Australia yesterday.

Dean was actually in charge of the national team. But after the West Indies tour, the BCB promoted another Australian, Justin Cordy, to the national team and he was appointed as the under-19 trainer.

"He didn't resign. His one year contract ended in March and he was working with the board as extension," said BCB cricket committee member secretary Ali Asif Khan yesterday after a private television channel said that he resigned.

Khan also informed that the Australian recently struck a deal with Zimbabwe Cricket Board. "He returned here midway through the Under-19 tour to settle the financial matters and join his new job soon."

With Woodford's departure, Bangladesh are left with no specialist physical trainer. Last week, Cordy suddenly fell sick and left for Australia for treatment.

I don't understand - just when something is going for Bangladesh, somebody gets injured or gets out of the team.

Now I can understand why some players were complaining about Justin Cordy - clearly there wasn't a proper adjustment.
