In this context, I suppose right-arm orthodox finger spinner is an off-spinner and right-arm un-orthodox finger-spinner is a leg-spinner?

Off Spinners and Leg Spinners have completely different bowling actions. Off spinners' bowling action is very simple.
About orthodox/unorthodox - Paul Adams is an unorthodox left arm spinner whereas Rafique or Enamul Haque Senior (Moni) are orthodox left arm spinners.
