20 core players - Tests and ODIs

It's been a while since we identified the significance of nurturing 20 core players for our Test and ODI teams. Recently we have been discussing the composition of the team correlating our strong points and weaknesses. Another issue could be picking up 20 core players along with team formation as it has been quite evident that we should have a good mixture of experience and youthful talent in the team. For best analysis we should have discussed it with team composition. Having WC2007 in mind, here I'll try to select 20 players. Please fell free to add your team/composition.

He is the wicket keeper for U19s. Dhiman Gosh didnt keep for a couple of games in England and Rahim played and kept. he is only 16
