I noticed that Masri has been learning to bowl yorkers for a while and have given away a few runs in the process - well looks like he's finally got it down, he uprooted Taibu's stumps yesterday.

It's a great tool, especially in the slog overs - anyone know who else in BD bowls good ones ?

tapash is better in bowling yorkers than masri. well thats just because tapash has played a lot longer than him.

now masri is catching up as well...great news for our team!

lol...dunno. i've seen him bowling more yorkers than masri. but i guess he's not that good yet, at which point he can stop the runflow in slog overs. they'll learn.

I think yorkers are great but if you are going to stuff up a yorker it is much better to bowl a full toss because then it will usually only be 1 or 2 runs. Not a 4 from the half volley.

I do not remember Baishya getting wickets with yorkers.

Baisya is the best at the death when he is in rhythm. He can bowl some really accurate yorkers. If any of you dont remember, well he bowled some fantastic yorkers against India in some match. And besides he has good slower deliveries. Nazmul is very gutsy, considering he is so young. Already he is showing signs of bowling well in the depth. He has great control of his length particularly. Mashrafee is good, but too many of his deliveries are over pitched. The delivery with which Mashrafee got Taibu had reverse swung into his middle stump. Once any of these three bowlers master this technique they will be extremely effective. Our bowlers do bowl slower deliveries once in a while. But only Mahmud is effective. Maybe our bowlers can watch Ian Harvey bowl. He's a master :P

Sharif can be the Ian Harvey of Bangladesh, only used in the one day format of the game!
