We won the series by 7 wickets.

UAE scored 134

We reached the target in 27.(something) overs.

Somebody (may be Raakibul) scored 60 odd and another batsman scored 25

1 bowler took 3 wickets, 2 others took 2 a piece.

Good. Alhamdulillah, our young guns did not let us down.

I remember with bitterness, how BD used to lose to UAE in the ICC tournaments, and they were a big headache for us. Now, even our 'A' team is enough to defeat them comprehensively.
Samething will happen to Zim and Kenya, insha'Allah compared to BD I mean. We shall need not to look back anymore.:fanflag:

the win is heartening, but the real test of their mettle and calibre would come when they face stronger and more experienced opposition. well done guys!

Well done. This Raqibul guy seems very promising. He did not even play U19 yet and score some good score in the last Dhaka league.

***Yup, pretty painful Kenya 93..despite a brave hundred from Jahangir.. that Hassan Raja just killed our spinners defending some 230 odds. But UAE defeated everybody and went on to become champion with all these hired hands..

i agree that no need to get too upbeat.....but its simply good to know we are winning convincingly enough. Yes a win against Kenya would be something to give thought to, just as a win over Zim A.
