Basically an interview of John Gloster where he talks about how training Bangladesh has led him to become the trainer for India.

Read & enjoy.

John is quite knowledgeable although he comes across as humble. Met him in West Indies and talked a lot about his work. In particular, he had a lot of good things to say about Mciness and the development work going on in BD-U19.

Ya you're right, I met him at a party and he''s a real cool guy. FYI, he also speaks really fluent colloquial bangla with a really cool accent. It was fun talkin to him.
