Whats the best cricket coaching website?

It would be nice to have a free website where kids could go and learn good footwork, shot techniques, bowling tips etc.

I saw cricketnext has a good one. A little to wordy. Something with flash that has the movements in steps for each shot would be really nice.

Even our established batsmen don't seem to know the grammers. Imagine how much better Basher would have been if he was technically sound.

ok one qus..how many level of coach are there?..ian pont is a level 3 coach..alan richardson(shakib's team mate in worcs) is a level 2 boweling coach..does any body know which is the highest level of coaching?
