Bangladesh captain Habibul Bashar will leave Dhaka on April 13 for West Indies to play in an exhibition cricket match.
The country's premier batsman has been invited to play for the West Indies invitational XI against visiting South Africa in a two-day match on April 16-17 to raise funds for victims of last December's tsunami.
"One player from India and Sri Lanka will be in the West Indies selection. I'm really honoured to play for such a noble cause," said Bashar yesterday.
He is expected to return home on April 20.
