For the time being, Imran Sarwar can be our coach, but who can be our coaches? Anybody from India/Pakistan/Sri Lanka is not allowed.

I like to see Richard McInness as BD coach but after few (10?) years. He did a very good work with our youngsters.

Alright, who is our plan B, after McInnes, and Imran Sarwar, and Indian/Pakistani/Sri Lankan coaches not allowed.

There are those whom BD will not take. And there are those who will not take the BD job. That hardly leaves room for a plan B.

I don't like this idea.

He coached Pak team few years and was replced by BW. He was a great batsman and I don't think he is the right person to be a coach for BD national team at this moment. We could have him as batting coach specially for youngster.

I like more Sarwar Imran than JM as coach!

I wouldn't want to see him as coach even if he wanted to do the job without salary.

BTW, the condition of this thread was Anybody from India/Pakistan/Sri Lanka is not allowed

I don't know about plan-B. But plan-C can be Alok. He can be Richard McInness' of Bangladesh. He has good technique, good fielder, always smiling and polite and humble, he is even better looking than Dav. No fights with the reporters (so far) or with the trainer.

He can Bat, Bowl and field excellently in pratice. Most of the coaches really loves him. Most likely knows how to keep happy to his bosses. Whats more do you want in a coach?

Alok should seriously think about changing his career and become a coach.

Hold your plan B for future - till 2007.
May be the total scenario will change and many high profile coaches will be willing to work with our team after WC, 2007.
