Naeem Islam will play Test cricket in the next couple of series, that's a certainty. Raquibul Hasan may get in the final XI for a match or two here and there.
Other than that, I don't see any more changes coming up for the test series; unless selectors are doing a major re-shuffling and draft in Rony Talukdar or Ilias Sunny for the World Cup 2011 coming up.
