Bangladesh cricket is going nowhere due to lack of proper management only. The best time for reformating our cricketing management and system is already gone. Yet it's better late than never.

• BCB President: It's time for bring a new man in. Govt appointed an illiterate, dumb and arrogant person as the BCB chairman which is already having its effect on the cricket arena negatively. He is interfering in every thing and making situations complex. He promised to decentralize cricket by the April, 2010. No progress of this is visible yet. He is just typical politician who talks with a lot of promise but does nothing.

• Selectors: Bagh mama needs to be removed from his post immediately. Bagh and co. does messing up the team by unplanned selection process. A long term selection policy must be prepared so that every selection committee remains consistent with their predecessors.

• National Team Coach: Siddons is a good batting coach. However he is not a great strategician nor does he have a good insight for long term which is a must needed thing for a national team head coach. He should be removed from the head coach post and be nominated as the full time batting coach. We must appoint an eligible and qualified person as the head coach within the next 2 months. We must not forget that we have less than 1 year for preparing for the WC 2011.

• Reforming BCB: BCB needs to be reformed. The current system is not efficient at all. There is no accountability in the organization. As the governing body of Cricket in Bangladesh and a money generating organization accountability is a must there. We need to appoint a good eligible person as the CEO as soon as possible.

• National Team Manager: This Hira guy needs to be removed immediately. He doesn't know what he says.We must hire some eligible person for the post.
