BCB can remove Siddons, but the problem is, there are not many high profile people around who are willing to coach a team like ours. Are you sure that Richard McInnes would come and coach us as soon as we invite? Or do you think that Chacha would be better than Siddons?
If our players do not fight with heart every moment they spend in cricket, change in management, coach and selectors will make little difference. Look at Zimababwe. Doesn't matter if the whole country is in turmoil. Whenever they take field, they fight every moment, attack with whatever they have and never lose focus. This is the drive that comes from their heart and they do not give up until the last moment.
