Couldn't stop myself from sharing some of my thoughts.
After watching a disappointed day of test match, there are some important points to notice.
1) Shaqib didn't look haapy to approach this test match, May be a management conflict is just disturing him.
2) Decision to field is not an individual one so the whole team is accountable for that.
3) Personally, I am not happy to see Razzak as a specialist spinner in test matches. Does it really take a rocket scientist to understand that razzak is not a test material? Again, I have serious doubt in the ability of selectors. A drastic change in every department is not the answer, I believe, but again it looks like right people is not in the right place to handle an ever growing organization like BCB.
4) Surely, there is lot happening off the field which is affecting our player's spirit for the game.
