Maybe it would be preferrable to actually bring this decision after the post 2011 WC season. At the moment we have nothing to lose, we cant lose Shakib. Anyway, it would be wiser to give captaincy to Mash or Mushy. SN can also do some captaincy, not to forget Ash(If he is to play).
