Keep it simple and steady. Too many changes will turn us in to a laughing stock like another team. Each captain must have a two+ year reign in order to imprint his personality on the team. When it is a young team with a young captain then the time should be more. However, the captain must perform lead from the front in order to have a command over the team.
Mushi's dropping catches is a huge liability in the fielding unit. He does not have an imposing personality either. If Shakib is injured for a long term (Allah na koruk) then Riyad should take the batton. Tamim's personality and play is not captaincy material which at times require patience. Others are not even permanent in the team.
