Mushi's dropping catches is a huge liability in the fielding unit. He does not have an imposing personality either. If Shakib is injured for a long term (Allah na koruk) then Riyad should take the batton. Tamim's personality and play is not captaincy material which at times require patience. Others are not even permanent in the team.
Can't agree there. Size does not = personality. I have never seen anyone get pi**ed off with Mushfiq after he drops catches. Be it Shakib or Mashrafe. He is probably the most popular player among his team-mates. Just because Riyad guided his PCL team to the finals doesn't mean he should become captain all of a sudden. If we follow domestic achievements then Mashrafe should be captain and Shakib shouldn't be anywhere near the captaincy. Plus Riyad still has to prove himself as a vital member of our ODI team. His batting in the England ODIs was appaling. Agree about Tamim. Don't think he is interested in captaincy either.
