Default Source Code
What are the relevant 'meat' of the source code one needs to copy and paste with the code tags wrapped around them to make them visible? Let's say for instance, that I want to post the entire scorecard of the SA Academy Team Day 1 match. But when I click the source code it's hard for a non-programmer for me to figure out which portion to copy and paste.

Please help. :-]
