This a an good agreement, both country will be benefitted equally. Bangladesh will utilise the money on building possible structure to make a transit for India and will subsequently be financially benefitted from it. And Indian benefit? It will ensure their long desired and all important transit through BD. And we all know how urgently they need the transit.
