btw, isn't it time BD looks beyond dhaka to develop. (I do have friends and relatives across the border to know how skewed the development is)

Neel, defitely development outside Dhaka is a priority, but developing a rail link across Bangladesh connecting seven sisters with Calcutta isn't exactly the priority we are talking about. Developing rail infrastructures connecting major land/sea ports with Dhaka would have been a much better loan utilisation for Bangladesh.
