I know Only one sure way to make a team as a team and go for next world cup, that is,

1. Select a poll of only 15 players : 4 pacer, 2 Spinner, 2 All rounder, 1 Wkt and 6 Batsman, told them you are playing for Bangladesh Cricket Team till next world cup, either test or ODI. (unless you die), then the performance will come automatically.
