Default The Official Imrul Kayes Thread

I have seen the highlights of Imrul's batting against England, again. I must say his inning was the most professional display of batsmanship I have seen to date from a BD cricketer. It was a near perfect flawless batting masterclass till he got out by the way of a runout. The way he handled the pressure and applied himself was truly remarkable -to put it in a very dispassionate manner.

Imrul has come a long way since the English tour. He didn't buckle despite his numerous failures and obvious discomforts while trying to pull rising deliveries. He must have worked awfully hard to address this as his pull shots of late are not an eyesore anymore. Infact, he looks quite comfortable and confident playing those. Imrul, definitely, has turned his weakness into strength. Is this the clear sign of BD batsmen, finally, turning the corner?

Probably, we will have a better picture after the SA game!
