Sorry we don't need another asst. coach to take over as a head coach. We need an experienced guy who's been there before as a head coach. But I agree that Ford is a bit over the top and jumpy. He will quit within an year because he has a itchy feet for other jobs. Not to mention, he ditched India twice, and turned that job down this time around after the WC too. He's doing the same thing with BD. He's like "Ok I am interested. Let's talk about the job offer. Um I am not interested anymore." And then he will back off.
