€45m budget for Barca. Good for Enlisi clubs specially for Arsenal. They can groom Cesc for Barca one more year.
On other hand I think Bojan Krkcic will be great signing for Arsenal. Arsenal football will suit him and he can get Xaviesta like passes from Fabregas and Nasri. Wenger should actively think about him. He will cost at best 10-15m which imo peanuts for Bojan type of player.
