Including advertising, creating their own budget, leagues (U-19), college etc. Having their own facilities Gym, A team, and divisional team, coaching staff, trainers, physios etc. Decentralize of power. (EVERYONE KNOWS THIS YET NOONE CARES TO IMPLEMENT for the last 10 years)
4. Fan involvement.
5. Talent search.
I care less about having 4/5 matches in Ind.
