Rahim should come at 6, followed by Hom at 7. Shakib should bat at 5. His red-ball batting form is fine. It's the T20s that get to him.

Or they can send Hom at 5, followed by Shak and Rahim. Yes, Rahim is in form. But batting at 7 doesn't really hurt him, mainly because our top order isnt full of supper stars who can bat for 2 days, and not give Rahim a chance to bat. One way or the other, Rahim will be batting with the tails.
