I think we all can relate to some of this points at some point of our life.
There are ups and downs and we have gone through/going through/will go through difficult phases when we feel down and low.
There are times when we need to get our acts together, pull up the socks and say "Enough is enough. I'm taking control of my life. Its time to live."
Reading thru these, hope it might help to unclutter some of the stuff needs to be addressed.
