Bangladesh will never lose Test status. We are far too important to world cricket. Plus the opposition players know they will do well and so will not wish to miss out. That's a sad fact I know but probably somewhat truthful.
So there is no incentive to genuinely tackle the issues that trouble us as a cricketing nation. We can carry on playing the same way for another 10 years and it doesn't matter. Why invest any money if there is no incentive (or punishment) involved? We got in the Test club and they cannot remove us from it.
