I have nothing against BB and I wish all the best to them and their supporters, but the way the by-laws are written, CK should've gone through. Ck should do a press conference and threaten to pull out and ask for refund of all the investment including the money for the time they spent and the stress they had gone through. A lawsuit should be the way forward. They shouldn't let Lipu & Co. get away with it.
