Wait, are you saying Ash at some point in his career did what Shakib has been doing for the last 4 years? Ash was never the best player in the team. It was either HaBa, Rafique or Mortuza. Ash was always the next big thing, but never became the big thing. You cannot call a player the best in the team who only used to play Eid innings - two innings every year. We still had to rely on other players even to take us to honorable defeat back then.
