We have been hearing this for last 10 years. The fact is that Bangladesh are still a minnow .They never took the next big step like Sri Lanka did in 90s. Crying like sissy girls after losing finals will get some sympathy from fans but not the non minnow status. For that you have to perform well and win more than just one in 20 odd games.
