IPL had these payment issues from the beginning. But he doesn't want to set his own house on fire.... 
He isn't being able to digest that BPL is becoming a successful tournament... But I'm sure that he will turn into a joke himself if BCB can continue to hold on to BPL successfully. He is clearly having an agenda...
