I wouldnt get too worried about Afghanistan and Ireland-and their progress. See at one point we were well behind Zimbabwe, Kenya and even UAE. But these teams didnt progress because of their inability to churn out players on a consistent basis. The day Ireland and Afghanistan do produce more O Bryans and Nabi's, then we can be worried.
We ve got a nice system in place. And every new generation is better than the previous one. If we can keep this cycle going we ll do well. There will be a time when the number and quality of players we produce will be more than other rivals. We just have to be patient and keep working hard. We are not doing a bad job trust me. Sri Lanka is wondering how they will replace Mahela, Sanga, Dilshan, Samaraweera etc. They would have loved to have guys like Anamul and Mominul in their pipeline.
