On theory I like the idea about three (or atleast two) different captains. But in top of that, we should also select three set of players. A player should not be selected in all three formats (or two formats) unless he is super good...not Ashraful type good... I mean super good with track record of success.
Right now we may not have enough players to fill up all three formats. So we need to take risk and bring new players in t20 and ODI.
Captaincy candidates really baffled me. I think they are digging up more holes rather than filling up holes. Just watch ...kothakar pani kothai gorai.
