I mean, to be honest, I don't think this match is lost at all. Even if we crumble tomorrow and finish at 375 or so, that's still a pretty decent total. It will take a solid batting performance for WI to put up 400, definitely no walk in the park. Remember, we got them all out for 273 in the second innings of the Dhaka Test. They may be the superior side but they definitely are nothing close to a top side. Put a little pressure on them (early wickets) and there's a pretty decent chance they'll collapse like a deck of cards.
Most importantly, this match has now turned competitive. WI has not been given the match, they will have to go out and perform solidly to win. And from where we were at (193/8), what more could we ask for?
