I was reading somewhere that Bangladesh has made great progress in reducing the number of cases involving acid attacks. This accomplishment was in some ways possible by enforcing strict laws that made it mandatory for courts to produce a judgement in such cases with in a year. One also is not granted a bail for such heinous offence. I was wondering if something similar can be done with "Violent Rape" cases.
