No Tamim, no Shakib, no Mashrafe, no Nazmul (who I got the feeling the management was finally going to pick for the ODIs this time). Also no Naeem and no SN in the Test series, yet we drew the first Test.
That's the most comforting thing. Despite not having some of our best players, we still played really well. In order to become one of the best teams in the world, we need to rely on many individuals and not just 1 or 2. Because teams such as Australia, England, South Africa, and India all have great depth which is why they've stayed consistently up at the top.
