Dada, bodybuilder nah. just trying to get fitter. Recently finished a 10k race. Fitness is ok, but I feel it can be better. Started to lift weights seriously (after ~4-5 years) and I am playing a lot of cricket too recently, thinking about joining a cricket club for some serious games by the end of the year (if I get a chance that is).

All these physical activity is taxing on my body. Whey protein helps in recovery (among other things). Se jonno.

Khasir mangshoo is my favorite. But bangladeshe everyone cooks with too much oil. Ideally protein from meat is good, but for quicker protein synthesis whey is better.

So dada, whey and khashir mangshoo, duitai hobe.
