Why does Bangladesh have to qualify for the main round? We are host's FGS and why do we even need to qualify for the main round? ICC's management policy is so ridiculous that its not suprising why cricket is in such a horrid state.
not comparing cricket with football, but one cannot overlook that even teams like Spain/Dutch/Brazil have to qualify for the main part of the world cup whereas hosts are automatically qualified. Here we see hosts have to fight out with other weaker teams while even those ranked 7/8 are getting qualification quite easily
