There is an easy solution on how to deal with brats. No chilla chilli, no deikha nimu etc. etc.
Hug him, kiss him, say Hello to him, praise him on news media, but Just
don't give the NOC for IPL, CPL or any PL. Done. Everything will be solved in matter of SECONDS. I know a thing or two on how to deal with brats.
