Tamim is world class and can bat in any condition and is reliable, whereas Shakib is a world class all rounder, he's a reliable performer in the match, but he doesn't always deliver with the bat

Bashar could have been up there, but he was put at 3 and his style suited the middle order not top, further he was a reflex player who played most of his career in his 30s, reflex players are in the peaks in their 20's
I certainly think if all things are considered tamim and shakib have to be the ones fighting it out for top spot, mushfiq has been a massive underachiever for most of his career, he should be averaging mid 40's with his talent
