When a team dysfunction like they did in SA, you just cannot change the coach and hope everything will work out fine. Things doesn't work that way in real life.

See the example of NewYork Giants (American Football) as a case study. They had a General manager (responsible for drafting, free-agency, cap management, head coach selection, etc) who is in hot seat for last few years. 2 season ago, they just fired the head coach and brought a 1st time young head coach (promoting internally NY Giant's Khaled Mahmud). then last season they some how managed 11-5. This season the hopes were high. But they start loosing... and high profile key players gave up on the coach and team. Some of them get punished, but so far they are 1-8.

its pretty clear that the head coach will be fired again. But is that enough? All the pandits are saying that's not enough. Along with the coach, the general manager need to be fired. In top of that they are saying that all the trouble makers players who betrayed the team need to be cleaned even it may hit their CAP short term. They need to go 1-2 years rebuild mode with all all new players and the promising players (in the current team) who didn't quit on the team.

When a player quit, he in not only quiting on his coach, but betraying his team mates, owners and fans; and he can no longer be trusted.

Now coming back to our bangladesh Cricket team. I think we need to do the same, we need whole sale change from "process change", to "team selector" change to "head coach" change followed by specialized coach change followed by change in captain and remove some of the trouble maker players even it may coast us some bad result in short term. I think that the only way we can go to then next stage.
