The talks about this being the Bangladesh “golden generation”. Yes I agree with the bat, but bowling wise few more pacers needed to complete it. 2023 will be Bangladesh proper golden generation with one last shot at the WC. Hopefully by then there are some new good pacers, spinners added to the team.
This WC will give them a lot more beliefs and confidence going into the future series, tours, tournaments. The world T20 in 2020 is the next ICC event. Bangladesh has to sort out few areas before that tournament, before that there’s the Asia cup T20.
