How is that Bangladesh benefited if we still have to field our full strength team against Ireland and Zimbabwe, instead of taking those opportunities to try out backup players?!

England came without some of their key players and still won the ODI series in our own backyard (granted they went too far going with only four specialist batters+Moeen in the T20I series). If we're to grow out of our minnow phase, we got to give our players opportunities to gain experience in the top leagues around the world. I understand there got to be some balance, we can't let the players walk away from international duties whenever they want. But a fairly meaningless series against Ireland should not deprive them of IPL exposure.
