All these are very significant events - Saber gave us test status, Gavin Hamiltons run out enabled us to beat Scotland etc. etc. - but none of these are really 'turning points'. We were always a strong side among the associates, and although winning against Kenya or Pakistan are good achievements, they have not contributed to great change in our cricketing standards.

Now if Masri came back fit, and between him and Talha started bowling out test outfits for 250-300 runs, THAT would definitely be a turning point.
