No need to feel sorry for the guy, he was sometimes laughing, listening to what she had to say. He even replied to some of her vulgar comments. He didn't provide any answer to the lady's concern how the money keeps disappearing and how or when he is going to reimburse the money. I would say he is not well trained in customer service.
