What can he do? Our education system in Bangladesh offers no means for anyone to be creative, and say things constructively. Even in the SSC exams they write essays that they've memorized. What does our bechara Hablu have to do with it? After all, he's also a human being.
Jokes apart, I'm pretty sure it is based on his level of creativity. Or may be, he just doesn't feel comfortable speaking in public about failure?
